Fee's & Insurance  

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield & Cigna Insurance. Depending on your mental health coverage, most plans (Aetna, Magellan, United, as well as others) may allow you to apply for reimbursement (Out-of-Network) using the billing statement that I can provide upon request monthly. Please contact your insurance company to discuss this.

Payment Options
Personal check, cash, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.  Co-Pay is due at the time of session.

(Returned checks will be assessed a $25 fee to cover the returned check fee incurred by our office)
