As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and owner of Insight Counseling & Consulting, I am honored and blessed to be of service to others. Insight Counseling & Consulting was created to provide a safe place where you and I can begin the process of developing a trusting therapeutic relationship together.

I provide counseling services to adults (18 & over) in a confidential & nurturing environment. I combine modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, Motivational Counseling and I am a Certified Trauma Professional. I am trained in Brainspotting and EMDR.

My therapeutic style is collaborative, empathetic, and motivational. I will work with you by listening, being respectful, and non-judgemental which allows us to focus on your goals and strengths that will empower you to make the best choices for your life.
